Ingredients
  

Kale detox smoothie

  • 1 ½ cup kale leaves roughly chopped
  • ice cubes
  • ½ green apple cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Spinach detox smoothie

  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 5-6 dates
  • 3 small size peeled ginger pieces
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 apple cut into pieces
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup cucumber chopped

Pineapple cucumber detox smoothie

  • 1 cup pineapple peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1 cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 2-3 small pieces of peeled ginger
  • 4-5 dates
  • ice cubes as per requirement
  • water as per consistency requirement

Strawberry spinach detox smoothie

  • 4-5 fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 banana
  • ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Avocado detox smoothie

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cup peaches
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Select which smoothie one likes or love to make it.
  • Check all the ingredients for that particular smoothie and keep them ready.
  • Take a blending jar or smoothie jar.
  • Add all the ingredients depending on the smoothie recipe selected.
  • Blend the smoothie finely.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.
  • To have a chilled smoothie, add ice and enjoy!!!
