Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple pieces (pineapple peeled and cut)
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ avocado (peeled and mashed or just peel )
  • ice cubes
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Blend all smoothie ingredients into a fine puree.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar.
  • Serve chilled.
  • Consume anytime or replace with meals.
