Ingredients
  

  • ½ Avocado (deseeded and flesh scooped)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or low fat)
  • ½ cup Almond milk (unsweetened )
  • ½ cup spinach leaves
  • stevia or drop of vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blending jar.
  • Blend into a fine puree.
  • Pour into a glass and serve fresh.

Notes

  • Add ice if you prefer a chilled smoothie.
