Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado (scoop out flesh)
  • ½ banana (peeled)
  • handful spinach leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add scooped flesh of avocado to the blending jar.
  • Add a peeled banana and spinach leaves to the jar.
  • Add unsweetened almond milk as the liquid base.
  • Add chia seeds and ice to the above ingredients.
  • Blend the smoothie finely until it reaches a fine consistency, and purees well.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  • Serve chilled.
