Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass full thick milk (milk boiled and chilled)
  • some handful of ice cubes
  • 1 scoop full of any chocolate ice cream/vanilla ice cream
  • 2-3 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take a juice jar or a blending jar.
  • Into it add milk that has been boiled and chilled.
  • Add some ice cubes.
  • Add one full scoop of chocolate ice cream .
  • Add chocolate syrup into the jar.
  • Add cocoa powder into it.
  • Cover the lid of the jar.
  • Blend all the ingredients well for a minute.
  • Taste the shake and add sugar as per requirement.
  • Give a good blend for one more minute.
  • Take a glass and garnish the walls of the glass with chocolate syrup all over.
  • Pour the blended shake into the serving glass.
  • Garnish the shake with any of the chocolate toppings such as shredded chocolate, whipped cream, ice cream etc...
  • I have garnished using cocoa powder and the froth of the chocolate.
  • Serve chilled and its done!
