Take a pan, add oil into it and heat it.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes on low flame.
Add the pressure cooked beef into it and mix well.
Add fresh curry leaves and slit green chillies into it, mix.
Roast it for few minutes on low flame.
Keep stirring in between to avoid burning.
This should be continued until the beef is roasted well.
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to roast well.
Make sure to stir fry on low flame.
Lastly add garam masala powder for extra taste, mix well.
Once it appears nicely roasted and dark brown in color switch off the flame.
Serve it in a bowl.
Serve it with rice, lentils/dal.
