Add edible oil to a pan and heat it well.
Add minced ginger and miced garlic to the pan an saute well.
Add finely chopped veggies such as finely chopped onions, green peas, finely chopped carrots.
Saute the veggies well for a minute.
Add the scrambled eggs mixture and stir fry few seconds.
Add in the cooked rice or leftover rice .
Give a mix and stir fry well.
Add seasonings such as salt and white pepper powder.
Mix and stir fry on medium flame for a minute.
Add in soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.
Stir fry the rice well until the rice is sauteed well and stir fried.
Hibachi fried rice is ready.
