  • ½ peeled banana, medium size
  • 6-7 fresh spinach leaves (can also use kale in place of spinach)
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ avocado, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup water or some ice cubes (optional)


  • Take a blending jar.
  • Add banana, avocado, blueberries, flax seeds, almond butter to the jar.
  • Add spinach for more health benefits.
  • Pour almond milk to get the right consistency.
  • Also, add some water or ice for more thin consistency.
  • Blend all the ingredients well for few minutes.
  • Blend until the smoothie turns fine and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.
