Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
In a mixing bowl, add the pancake mix, sugar and give a mix.
Also, add in egg, milk, melted butter, vanilla and mix well without any lumps.
Add fresh blueberries and fold the batter.
Take muffin tins and place parchment paper or baking paper in the cups.
Pour the batter with the help of a spoon until ¾th of each tin.
Bake the muffins for at least 15 to 18 minutes or check with toothpick.
If the toothpick inserted comes out clean, muffins are perfect to enjoy.
Take the muffin tin out carefully, rest them for a few minutes, take the muffins out and serve.
