A simple and easy 3 step veg schezwan rice recipe made using left over rice and ching's schezwan fried rice masala.
1. If left over rice is not available, then, cook or boil 6 cups of rice and then place the cooked rice in refrigerator for an hour by keeping the lid of the rice bowl covered.
Doing this helps in preventing the rice from getting sticky and soggy and the rice grains appear very appealing.
2. This schezwan fried rice masala is easily available online or in any supermarkets or stores.
3.We can add any kind of chopped vegetables and not necessary to add only the vegetables that are shown in the video or recipe.
4. We can make use of either ordinary rice of basmati rice.
5. The schezwan masala contains salt already and no need to add it again while cooking the dish.
