Take the bunch of celery and unpack them. Take them out and separate the stalks into individual stalks. Take a knife and chop them into small pieces to support better blending.
Add all the pieces to a mixing bowl with water, rinse them well and take them out.
Add the washed pieces to a blending jar.
Add little water.
Blend the juice for a minute or two without any chunks remaining.
Strain the juice and discard the pulp.
Pour the juice into a glass.
Serve.

Notes
The juice can be unpleasant to drink, but do not add sugars to reap its benefits.
Drinking at least once or twice a week can be helpful when you add it to your weight loss diet.
