Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium ripe banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter/almond butter
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • ice cubes
  • chia seeds as topping

Instructions
 

  • Take a blending jar and add the banana by peeling it.
  • Add unsweetened almond milk to it.
  • Also, add a tablespoon of almond butter to the above ingredients.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon.
  • To make a chilled smoothie add some ice as an optional ingredient.
  • Blend the smoothie well for a minute.
  • Pour and serve fresh.
  • Top it with some blueberries, chopped strawberries, crushed oats, or consume directly.
  • Drink it during breakfasts, snacks, or any time by replacing unhealthy foods high in calories.
  • Add or garnish with chia seeds as a topping that is also a good fiber and a filling ingredient,
