ripe banana
(frozen or fresh)

cup
almond milk
(unsweetened)

tablespoon
peanut butter/almond butter
pinch of
cinnamon
ice cubes
chia seeds as topping
Instructions
Take a blending jar and add the banana by peeling it.
Add unsweetened almond milk to it.
Also, add a tablespoon of almond butter to the above ingredients.
Add a pinch of cinnamon.
To make a chilled smoothie add some ice as an optional ingredient.
Blend the smoothie well for a minute.
Pour and serve fresh.
Top it with some blueberries, chopped strawberries, crushed oats, or consume directly.
Drink it during breakfasts, snacks, or any time by replacing unhealthy foods high in calories.
Add or garnish with chia seeds as a topping that is also a good fiber and a filling ingredient,
