Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup greek yogurt (or peach greek yogurt)
  • 1 large peach, ripe (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup almond milk (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla-based protein powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup frozen mangoes/ frozen bananas (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add a cup of greek yogurt to a blending jar.
  • Add ripe pitted peach to the yogurt.
  • Add honey and chia seeds.
  • Add frozen mango or frozen banana to the above ingredients.
  • Add almond milk if you like a thin consistency, but it is optional.
  • Add protein powder, frozen mangoes, or frozen fruit as optional ingredients.

Notes

  • The calories mentioned include vanilla protein powder and bananas. If these ingredients are skipped, the calories are close to 300.
