Instructions
Add a cup of greek yogurt to a blending jar.
Add ripe pitted peach to the yogurt.
Add honey and chia seeds.
Add frozen mango or frozen banana to the above ingredients.
Add almond milk if you like a thin consistency, but it is optional.
Add protein powder, frozen mangoes, or frozen fruit as optional ingredients.
Notes
The calories mentioned include vanilla protein powder and bananas. If these ingredients are skipped, the calories are close to 300.
