  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ banana, peeled (frozen or fresh)

Instructions
 

  • Take a high speed blender.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed for a minute or two.
  • The smoothie should turn into a fine puree.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  • Serve fresh.
