Ingredients
  

  • 2 Carrots Freshly peeled and chopped
  • 1 Orange peeled
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder (or ½ inch turmeric root)
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 3 drops Lemon extract
  • ½ tsp Honey
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add chopped carrots and peeled oranges.
  • Add chopped celery and turmeric root(or powder) to it.
  • Also, add ginger, honey, and lemon extract to the above ingredients.
  • Add water and blend it until a fine texture is noticed.
  • It takes about a minute to get a smooth texture.
  • Strain the juice and serve in a glass or a juice container.
  • Consume fresh any time of the day and benefit from inflammations.
