Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Kale leaves stalk removed - 1 bunch (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ Avocado peeled, deseeded, and cut into cubes
  • ½ Banana peeled
  • 1 bunch Baby Spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Almond milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon - Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon - honey
  • 3 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add kale leaves without the stems into a smoothie jar or blending jar.
  • Also, add avocado cubes, banana, and baby spinach leaves.
  • Add unsweetened almond milk and water to the jar.
  • In goes the chia seeds and honey.
  • Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  • Give a good blend until we get the desired consistency.
  • Pour and serve in a glass or a mason jar.
  • Consume fresh or store in the fridge for a day or two in an air-tight container.
