beetroot
(peeled and chopped into pieces)

cucumber
(peeled and chopped into pieces)

ginger piece
(peeled, small size)

cup
celery washed
(edges trimmed and chopped)

cup
water
Instructions
Take a blending jar, and add chopped beetroot and chopped cucumber pieces.
Also, add a ginger piece and celery to make the juice.
Add water as per consistency requirement.
Blend well for a few minutes.
Strain the liver juice and serve fresh.

You can also use turmeric and other fresh fruits such as grapefruit, blueberries, and oranges to add flavour and more benefits to the drink.
