Ingredients
  

  • 7 whole frozen strawberries (fresh fruit can also be used)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 scoops protein powder (plant based or any flavor)
  • handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add strawberries and almond milk.
  • Add two scoops of protein powder.
  • To it, add a handful of crushed ice or ice cubes.
  • Blend everything well until you get a desired consistency or required thickness.
  • Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Other berries in place of strawberries too can be used or in addition to the berries by adding a mix of berries.
  • You can also opt for other non-dairy milk in place of almond milk.
