frozen strawberries
(fresh fruit can also be used)

cup
almond milk
(unsweetened)

scoops
protein powder
(plant based or any flavor)
handful of ice cubes
Instructions
In a blender, add strawberries and almond milk.
Add two scoops of protein powder.
To it, add a handful of crushed ice or ice cubes.
Blend everything well until you get a desired consistency or required thickness.
Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
Notes
Other berries in place of strawberries too can be used or in addition to the berries by adding a mix of berries.
You can also opt for other non-dairy milk in place of almond milk.
