peeled and sliced

frozen pineapple chunks

cup
greek yogurt
¼
cup
pineapple juice
organic or 100% without added sugar

teaspoon
maple syrup
honey too can be used
Ice

Instructions
Add fruits such as pineapple chunks and peeled bananas to a high-speed blender.
Add greek yogurt and pineapple juice to the above ingredients.
Add sweeteners such as honey or maple syrup.
Add ice if you prefer a cold drink.
Blend on high speed without lumps until you get a fine puree-like consistency.
Pour in a jar or a glass and serve.
Notes
Skip the banana and add any other preferred fruit if you do not like to combine it using a banana.
Use frozen mango chunks, frozen berries, kiwi, or any fruit you like.
