A veggie side dish eaten along with dal and rice recipes...
1. One can use ginger garlic paste if the flavor of the paste is preferred in stir fried veggies.
2. Also add cumin seeds powder if preferred.
3.While giving tempering/popu/tadka, urad dal and chana dal too can be added and it gives an amazing flavor too.
4.Stirring in between while frying veggies is important as the base may burn if not stirred.
