Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 celery stalks
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Take the bunch of celery and unpack them. Take them out and separate the stalks into individual stalks. Take a knife and chop them into small pieces to support better blending.
  • Add all the pieces to a mixing bowl with water, rinse them well and take them out.
  • Add the washed pieces to a blending jar.
  • Add little water.
  • Blend the juice for a minute or two without any chunks remaining.
  • Strain the juice and discard the pulp.
  • Pour the juice into a glass.
  • Serve.

Notes

  • The juice can be unpleasant to drink, but do not add sugars to reap its benefits.
  • Drinking at least once or twice a week can be helpful when you add it to your weight loss diet.
