  • 1 cup ice cubes (can use crushed ice cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon or 2 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pasteurized milk
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup


  • add ice cubes into a blending jar.
  • add chocolate chips. Add more if more flavor is preferred or reduce their quantity for less chocolaty flavor.
  • add pasteurized form of milk or just boil the milk, chill it and add.
  • Add any brand of chocolate syrup to the milk in blending jar.
  • close the lid.
  • blend everything until combined well and smooth.
  • pour the frappe into a glass or small jar.
  • top it with frothy whipped cream.
  • garnish with chocolate syrup.
  • Serve chilled.
