Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Spinach leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber mini cucumbers or any available cucumber
  • 2 ginger pieces small peeled ginger pieces
  • ½ lemon juice extracted or squeezed juice
  • 1.5 cups water chilled or water at room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Take a blending jar and add spinach leaves to the jar.
  • Also, add sliced cucumber pieces to the jar.
  • Add some ginger and lemon extract to make it healthy and easy to digest.
  • Add water depending on the consistency preferred.
  • Blend well until you get a desired consistency.
  • Strain the juice, pour it into a glass, and serve fresh.

Notes

  • To make it sweet, the natural sweeteners or fruits are great additions to juice.
  • Adding desired fruits and veggies or replacing water with almond milk or other non dairy milk too is a better enhancement.
