Indian Chicken Breast Recipes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium size chicken breast pieces (boneless)
  • salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder or paprika
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper corn powder
  • dash of grated lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl, and marinate the chicken with all the spices and seasonings mentioned in the ingredients.
  • Add olive oil and coat the chicken well.
  • Cover and marinate the chicken for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven to 380F.
  • Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking tray.
  • Bake the chicken in the oven for at least 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Do not cook for more than 40 minutes, as the chicken may not turn juicy.
  • For a juicier taste, cook for no more than 30 or 35 minutes.
  • Cut and serve it along with a salad.
