- ½ lemon extract ( extract the juice)
- 1 cucumber (cut into round slices)
- ½ ginger piece (peeled)
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (acv)
- 1.5 cups water
Prevent your screen from going dark
Add water into a mason jar or a glass or a cup.
Add lemon extract into it.
Add apple cider vinegar as an optional ingredient and stir well.
Add mint leaves to the detox water.
Add honey and stir well.
Add fresh cucumber slices and ginger piece to the detox.
Allow it to sit for one or two hours or consume fresh.
Add some ice if required.
