black tea leaves

teaspoon
sugar

full cream milk
2
cardamoms/elaichi
1
tablespoon
condensed milk
osmania biscuits or tea biscuits
(to serve)
Instructions
add 2 cups of water to a sauce pan.
add 2 teaspoon black tea leaves.
add 1 teaspoon sugar.
Cover tightly with aluminium foil.
close the lid tightly.
Cook the chai concentrate for at least 20-25 minutes.
Strain the chai concentrate.
Take a sauce pan.
add 2 cups of full cream milk.
add 2 cardamoms/elaichi to the milk.
Bring the milk to a boil.
Keep stirring in between.
Let it simmer until milk reduces to half.
Add 1 tablespoon condensed milk or as per sweetness preferred.
Stir well for a minute.
Take 2 tea cups.
Pour the chai concentrate until half cup.
Pour the reduced milk over the chai concentrate.
Serve hot with biscuits.
