saffron strands
kesar

cardamoms powdered/crushed
ice cubes

glasses of chilled water
For garnishing:
3-4
almonds and 3-4 pistachios blended into a coarse powder

Instructions
Firstly in a blender, add yogurt.
Into it add sugar, saffron strands, powdered cardamom.
Add ice cubes, add chilled water.
Blend the whole mixture well.
Take glasses add ice cubes and pour in the blended lassi.
Garnish with crushed dry fruits.
Serve chilled!!!
Notes
Also add malai/cream/ice cream as the topping and serve chilled...
