We can find lassi as a popular drink in the regions of punjab. We can add malai and dry fruits to make it more rich and serve chilled.
Lassi in hyderabad is made in a different way compared to punjabi lassi and I shall be sharing the hyderabadi version and the common thing in lassi of Punjab and Hyderabad is that they both are sweet in taste and yummy...

How to make lassi recipe:
Lassi Recipe Punjabi Style
- 1 ½ cup yogurt
- 4-5 tablespoon sugar
- 2-3 saffron strands kesar
- 2-3 cardamoms powdered/crushed
- ice cubes
- 2 glasses of chilled water
- 3-4 almonds and 3-4 pistachios blended into a coarse powder
- Firstly in a blender, add yogurt.
- Into it add sugar, saffron strands, powdered cardamom.
- Add ice cubes, add chilled water.
- Blend the whole mixture well.
- Take glasses add ice cubes and pour in the blended lassi.
- Garnish with crushed dry fruits.
- Serve chilled!!!
