- 1 small cup finely chopped (green, orange, red bell peppers)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 cup cucumber (finely chopped)
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black peppercorn powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon extracted juice
