This healthy juice uses energy-boosting ingredients, which can help strengthen immunity and thus reduce inflammation and other concerns, which I will share below.
Which drink is best for anti-inflammatory juice?
A juice blended using fruits such as carrots, ginger, and turmeric and carrots as main ingredients has tremendous benefits in reducing inflammation and giving immediate soothing relief on the swellings.
Ingredients
Carrots: Carrots are power-packed with vitamin A and help boost the immune system, and I suggest using fresh carrots to give a fresher taste to the drink.
Orange: Oranges are immunity boosters added to the juice that further help work out other concerns in the body, like iron absorption, and all these help work out the inflammation the body causes.
Ginger and Honey: Ginger is always preferred to help with better digestion and relieve other symptoms such as nausea, cold, and inflammation.
Honey is added to make it sweet and supports common ailments as it contains anti-healing properties that benefit the body differently.
Turmeric: Another essential ingredient to improve inflammation is a natural anti-septic and anti-inflammatory ingredient readily available in every Indian and international store.
Celery (Greens): This underrated ingredient has many benefits and, most importantly, is a perfect low-calorie ingredient to hydrate the body, improve gut health, reduce inflammation, and add an inflammatory juice.
Lemon juice: Add a few drops of lemon or lime drops to give a tangy, refreshing touch and to provide more benefits.
Advantages Of The Juice
- The juice provides healthy digestion by aiding a healthy gut, and all these relate to improving and reducing sudden inflammation in the body.
- Having anti-inflammatory juice and a regular diet helps cleanse or flush out toxins, improving digestion and avoiding unwanted inflammations with a healthy body functioning.
- Also, cleansing the body helps the body function well and reflects on the skin, which can help us maintain fresh, hydrating, and glowing skin by boosting collagen in the body.
Storage
I suggest storing this anti-inflammatory juice recipe in a tightly closed mason jar or air-tight container to keep the nutrients intact and the juice taste freshly made.
It is better to consume within a day, but I suggest consuming freshly made juices immediately for better results.
Best time to drink: Any time is preferable when you feel sudden inflammation in affected areas, or it can also be taken as a nourishing refresher in the mornings or afternoons but not during the nights as you may experience sudden discomfort, and it is safe to have during the day.
Variations
Green Juice: Use a combination of various greens like spinach, cucumber, ginger, parsley turmeric, celery, and coconut water, along with some parsley greens, to make an effective inflammatory drink. Look for green inflammatory juice.
Substitutions
Fruits: If you dislike adding carrots, substitute oranges instead of carrots and replace oranges with berries to get the same benefits as oranges and carrots in treating inflammation.
Celery and sweetener: Cucumber is a good substitute for celery, and to improve sweetness by replacing hiney, adding dates, maple syrup, or stevia is a perfect choice.
Tip
Blend this best anti-inflammatory juice to a fine texture that is not coarse, and strain it after blending to get a smooth texture that is not difficult to consume.
