apple cider vinegar tea
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 glass water (warm or cold)
Instructions
- Pour ACV and lemon juice into the glass.
- Add ground cinnamon and cayenne pepper to the above ingredients.
- Add honey as an optional ingredient or a zero-calorie sweetener to make it a no-sugar drink.
- Add warm water or cold water as per requirement and stir all the ingredients.
- Serve fresh and drink it with a straw to prevent apple cider vinegar from eroding tooth enamel.
