Step by step procedure
- Peel the kiwi fruit well with the help of a peeler.
- make small slices of the fruit with a knife. It is easy to slice it once peeled as they are soft and juicy.
- Add the slices of the kiwi into a juice blender.
- Add ice cubes.
- Add sugar/honey. For a healthy option add honey or if you are fine adding sugar go ahead and add as per preference.
- add little water. Do not much water as the juice gets watery. To maintain a thick consistency add little water to more kiwi pieces.
- Blend the juice finely. Take serving glasses and pour the juice directly without straining. No need to strain the juice.
- Garnish the juice with round slices of kiwi over the juice. Also add small kiwi pieces to the juice at the base for more kiwi flavors.
- Serve the healthy kiwi juice chilled and fresh.

- 3 kiwi
- 4-5 ice cubes or a handful
- 1.5 teaspoon sugar or honey
- ½ cup water
