Chicken do pyaza is basically a very popular recipe among Muslims. It is basically made with chicken and two varieties of onions are added to the chicken curry. The name itself dopiaza defines that onions are added in two ways. One is I have finely chopped the onion and the other way is I have cut the onion into cubes.
Other Indian chicken recipes to be tried are:
butter chicken masala , pepper chicken
Chicken is not just meant to make gravy recipes like chicken rezala or biryani recipes but it is highly used in barbecue related recipes such as chicken kabab etc...
Here, on the blog I always try to show recipes with using simple cookware and not high end technology like microwave oven.
The reason to this is that my blog readers range from all sections of the society and therefore, I try to show barbecue or oven related recipes without using them and making it simple and easy to follow.
I have not only tried to post simple and common chicken delicacies but also tried to show the different and unique varieties that can be done using chicken including regional chicken recipes like chicken shahi korma etc...
