After sharing the very popular kfc popcorn chicken I also decided to share kfc chicken recipe which is as delicious as the one found in kfc restaurants.

I have made a homemade kfc style recipe keeping in mind the ingredients that should be easily available in India.

To make this chicken recipe it requires lots of italian herbs like basil, oregano, white pepper, thyme, paprika powder etc which are easily available in Indian grocery stores.

These herbs when mixed with Indian spices give out amazing juicy flavor to the chicken.

This is a homemade crispy fried chicken recipe which I thought to share during the auspicious month of ramadan so that my blog readers can try and enjoy this dish as an iftar snack recipe.

This recipe needs either chicken legs or chicken breasts that are marinated in some indian and italian herbs and spices and then dipped in egg wash, coated with flour and deep fried.

The texture of the chicken is due to the coating given with all purpose flour and corn starch… The chicken just needs to be fried for 8 to 10 minutes and the recipe is ready in few minutes.

It does not take much time and is quite a very easy recipe. Below are the recipe details shared along with the written and video procedure on how to make kentucky fried chicken.
