Chicken manchurian is a delicious chicken delicacy which is a popular indo chinese cuisine shared with a step by step video procedure below.

Indo chinese is one of my favorite cuisines which I usually make at home as snacks or starter recipes… Chicken manchurian can always be made as an evening snack which will be loved by most of the kids.

Ways to make chicken manchurian:

  • One way is boneless chicken pieces can be used to fry the chicken pieces after marinating the chicken with spices.
  • Second is chicken can be minced in a blender, add the spices to it mix everything and then make small round balls and then fry them.
  • These two methods are basically used to make chicken manchurian on the road side of Indian streets or in Indian restaurants.

Chicken recipes in indo chinese form have amazing taste. They just use few ingredients like some sauces and the taste turns out amazing.

Indian version is made by adding some dry spices and to make it a chinese version sauces need to be added to make it as indo chinese recipe.

I would like to share many more chicken delicacies which are suitable as snacks and starters and also they can be made during the month of Ramadan for iftar snacks.

chicken manchurian recipe

This serves best as a ramadan iftar snack and it can be made quickly during evenings which does not require many ingredients and can be made with the available sauces.

To make manchurian using chicken, I have used boneless chicken, deep fried them in oil and then the fried chicken is sauteed in some sauces like tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce.

The taste of the chicken manchurian is so yummy and finger licking which can be eaten regularly without visiting any restaurant or any fast food centre to have them.

This recipe is available in most of the streets all across India but this recipe tastes as good as the one’s available in nearby fast food centres.

I tried this recipe, tested it and finally posting for my blog readers to try and give us the feedback.

The chicken  gravy formed can be obtained by by adding more quantity of corn starch, soya sauce, water which gives us a gravy version.

Below are the recipe details along with a video procedure on how to make chicken manchurian dry version.
